Question about the epoxy putty. Does it weld the plastic together like a glue or act only as a filler that sticks the surface?

Ammo products aren't that good I've some panel line wash and some paint. The panel line wash just don't mix and stay mixed for very long and Ammo paint doesn't stay on the model very long. If I have to put Ammo products in a bracket then it's the bin bracket for me. Not had great experience with Ammo products so won't be buying any more of their stuff.

Either defective product or skill issue, honestly. First one is solved with an email to ammo and they will for sure fix it (if you bought directly from them). The second one is solved by learning how to properly use water-based acrylics, which work differently than alcohol-based acrylics, enamel or lacquer paints and require different methods/steps.

@K3ns4i Not skill issue I can tell you that, I don't normally blame my tools but this stuff isn't as cracked up as people believe.

@@Honky-Tonk-music-modeler I've used them for years now. Send them an email. Most spanish brands (or at least AK and Ammo) don't behave the same as other brands, so if you send them proof of purchase and issues they'll send you a replacement.
Depending on the wave or lot you got your products from (especially really old batches from around COVID time) they might have a much higher fault rate. I.e. i got a few defective paint bottles that no matter how much you stir them (even using the tamiya stainless steel stirrer and then a vortex mixer) the pigment will still separate after a couple of minutes.

@@K3ns4i I understand what your saying.. I will say vallejo don't rub off and vallejo panel line wash stays mixed for hours. In the case of Ammo by Mig paints rubbing off or flaking the only reason I can think off is Ammo doesn't use a hardener in their paints. I could be wrong and for emailing I have and still waiting for a reply that was over 9 months ago. I've not had this problem with vallejo also from Spain, Mr colour, Mr Hobby ( probably same company as Mr Colour) Tamiya or zero paints. But can't really use zero paints as an example as they are solvent paints. So never the less im not the only person who have had this problem that I've spoken to. You only need to look over the Internet in modelling forums and your find lots of people have the same problems with Ammo paints.
