Have a 2006 CRF230F and LOVE IT. These bikes last forever and are a blast to ride. They’ll climb a tree if you’d let it. Hell of a bike! Awesome video.
People are saying bad things about 2 strokes in comments but I like both types. I go for the CRF230f because I don't have to perform a ton of maintenance and I have "enough" power to do what I want
Just bought a 230 f ..what a great bike ! I have a 250 r and love it on the track but the 230 is is awesome on the trails ,no more over heating issues and just a comfortable ride with little maintenance..the only thing I don't like is no kick start . Other than that ,I give it an A + ..
Its a temporary track in fichersville VA at Expoland and nothing is done to it except I put BBr springs in it and thicker fork oil. The motor is all stock and probably not even putting out the same power as it used to cause I rode this bike hard.
ahaha man i thought i was watching goon riding for a minute but i bet some of those jumps felt sketchy from the looks of your body posture lol but nice video i used to ride an xr 200 and i had to stiffen my forks upp too but man xrs live forever
awesome bikes them cry 230 fs i have one the same as yours and i know the capabilities of it and you done a good job on that track by the way awesome track
would you take better displacement ratios over:the SOUND, the control,or lack thereof:the unpredictibility, the fact the recommended re-build time is every 25-40 hrs, otherwise the engine might literally explode, mixing gas, only being able to ride 6 out of the 12 months, maintainence, NO power for the first 3/4 of the revrange(and i mean NO power, try hillclimbing one gear-up). Personally, i love both, but 2 strokes are really only for real serious racers. The only exception is the KDX 200/220
Your just jealous cause you have to have twice the power of a two stroke to get equal with us. 80-85cc 2 stroke= 150 4 stroke. 125cc 2 stroke= 250 4 stroke. 250cc 2 stroke= 450cc 4 stroke. and they call 4 strokes "new technology"
wasnt enough of a run for this bike. Tried another triple before abd didnt have enough speed and cased it. But I have a 250r now so I can jump it with ease.
man if you are racing the 230 for fun the good job! but if your racing to show the 230 off then show someone bringing out its full potential. Im not hatting, just want to see more fast 230 vids on youtube

is it a good idea to go from a 150f to a 230f cuz im out growen my 150 and my dad wont let me get a 250 and i dont want a 2-stroke 125
@JimmyWilliams92 Are you sitting down when you jump?
@icool247 what's the 2 strokes doing there then??
@ride4fallen1234 230's are trails bikes. 125 vs 230 is no competition
where is that track?
@squeakyvoice2101 get a 250f, they are the same speed as 125 2strokes, they just deliver the power different.

They race against 85s.

@twistedkeys1 we all know that a 125 2t would and will murk a 230 any day

That track's berms weren't slanted or tall enough :L
long live the 230s!
@1AOR1 ok thx
well, you know what they say... If you can't take the HIT, you shouldn't smoke.
I just got a 230 yesterday before that I had a 150
Luke Brown how do you like it compared to the 150
A 150r would eat the ass of a 230
lol i would be on the rev limiter on my 230 just to get away from last plase lol
1:20 you kinda forgot something...
"Practice" lol

haha just cut the track
"practice" lol.
Not enough power to overtake a 2 stroke
William Gavin ur civic may win in a race but 10 years later when it's running like shit and the chevy kicks it's ass lol
Evolutionized i don't think so, honda has been up at the top with reliability, Chevys not even in the top ten.
Trail bike
I hate the smell of a two stroke
