In my personal opinion, Colleen Hoover’s books are too slow paced and awkward. A really good book series for the summer that I liked was The Inheritance Games. A classic book that I’m reading for the summer right now is Stephen King’s Misery, it’s one of my favorites.
Hi!! Ooh yess thanks for your comment! I can totally see why you would say that about Colleen's books because in my opinion there were lagging parts in both It Starts With Us and It Ends With Us. I hear Verity is a MUST READ so I have that one on my list since everyone raves over it. Next, I'm starting The HouseMaid Is Watching and I just finished Perfect Peace which was incredibly depressing omg 😅 Oooh I haven't read any Stephen King books yet. I'll add Misery to my GoodReads list! 💜💜💜
@@MissTiffanyTynesI’m warning you ahead of time, Misery should be read with a therapy session afterwards 😅 it’s a dark book, as is most of Stephen King’s glorious works. Reading IT is also good, differentiating the book from the popular films.
