The “Today Was a Good Day” achievement is rewarded when you pass 24 hours (game time) without committing a crime (I.E, hurting someone, vandalizing, jacking vehicles, etc). I randomly got this award playing San Andreas Definitive Edition while doing the Ambulance Side Mission.

Hello, Hugo. I'm new to your channel, How do you use Xbox controller in pc to play GTA vice city (Classic) did you just map the keys or use a mod because I saw in your Speedrun that you use triggers instead of x and a buttons to accelerate or brake.
For VC I use an adapter called Mayflash Magic NS or something like that that makes Xbox controllers work like Directinput controllers so you can map it however you want in the game. A program called Xinput Plus will do the same without the adapter.
