Your are an incredibly talented teacher. You know how to simplify complicated grammar rules for students. Please , please publish more lessons. I have gone through each and every lesson of yours in this channel. My two hundred page note book is almost full with the notes that I've taken. Can't wait for more lessons . Thank you so much for all the hard work and time that you've put in .
Thank you again Nadeem! Wow, that’s amazing that you have almost around two hundred pages of notes 🤩please let me know if you have any grammar questions. Sorry for my long absence. I’ll definitely publish more lessons starting from March again. This time there will be less time lag between the videos 🙏🌸
Great that you are back. According to me, you are by far the best Farsi content creator. You can clearly spot that you had/have pupils in real life and exactly know about the traps, flaws and difficulties. Highly appreciate your effort.
That’s great to hear! Thank you for your very nice and encouraging comment! I’m very happy to hear you are finding my lessons and teaching style helpful. 🌸
Thank you so much Shahnaz jan for following up, sorry for being away for such a long time. Life has been even busy. But I will start posting new lessons in March again 🌸🙋♀️
Your lessons are the most profound ones that I have come across on the internet. The way you combined both formal and informal forms in your lessons is extremely helpful. Please give us more of your lessons and also adding some persian peoms will take this to a whole new level. I usually do not comment but not commenting on your lessons will be so ungrateful of me. I recommend you to everyone interested in learning this beautiful language. Thank you so much!
Thank you so much for your encouraging words. I would love to get more into the advanced level and some literature. I like to go step by step, so hopefully once I get into advanced level.
Maryam, you are definitely a professional teacher. Your lessons are so thoughtful, concise, and well structured. I love how you give both formal and conversational examples. My only complaint is that your videos are so good that I can not turn them off..alaan, sar dardam bekhaatereh kam khaabie! 😊
Wow always great lesson teacher ❤Now you keep posting videos I have learned a lot from your videos. Don't disconnect now teacher. And definitely making videos on tenses especially future tenses Many thanks again❤❤👍
I’m sorry for the delay. It’s been hard to find time. I’m almost done with the next one and I will publish it in the near future. Thank you for following up. That gives me motivation to know there are learners who are looking forward to the next lesson. 🌸
I know it’s been such a long time. I’m sorry for the delay. It’s been so hard to find time 😔 But I will publish my other lessons. Thank you for leaving me a comment though even though I’ve been absent. These comments always brings me back. 🌸
I’m very sorry about my long absence. I will be publishing in March again. I’m making a few lessons ready so I can post them with less lag time between them.
Thank you for watching. With the lessons I am trying to go one by one in order. Passive voice is at advanced level. Once intermediate level is covered, I will definitely cover the passive voice.
Salaam! Thank you for watching! Definitely I have a great lesson for passive voice. But I need to go lessons by lessons. I first need to finish all tenses and then I’ll cover passive voice. I will start publishing lessons again starting next month.
Salaam 🙋♀️ Honestly I don’t have good recommendations to give. I’m not saying there are no good books, I’m sure there are, but I think most of them are not very structured and they jumps from one grammar topic to another one without giving enough explanation and background.
Bonjour! Thank you for your question. It’s actually a good question. The verb داشتن in imperative form becomes داشته باش. It is another irregular form, I did not cover that because it is not widely used in imperative form and it confuses the learners. But I will cover it in the lesson about subjunctive.
Salam az torkiya . Man taymor hastam. ye soal darem. Turkish and farsi are brother language but I need to ask it in English. I am sorry. İ have difficulty with shodan and budan . خوشحال شو and خوشحال باش that means be happy, which sentence is correct?
My profound thanks for the enlightenment with regards to the subtlety of Farsi. My question is, in your last example when you translated this sentence; Teacher: remember the new words for the next class because they are very important. Why in this imperative sentence بودن not translated into باش but ھستند ?? Previously the same بودن translated in imperative form as.. زود باش نگران باش مواظب باش 🙏🙏🙏
You’re welcome. I’m glad the videos are helping you. Regarding your question, because بودن in the second clause is not imperative. It is indicative. The clause is saying “ …. they are very important” The verb “are” in this clause is not in imperative form that’s why it is هستند and we don’t use باش here. Remember imperative is only in second person singular or plural command form. Here the subject is “new words” so it cannot be in imperative form.
@@persianHow Loads of thanks for clearing my doubt. Yes you're absolutely right. Imperative can only be second person singular or plural. I realised it after putting up my question before you. Normally بودن present stem is ھست but only in imperative command it turns into باش۔ 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for your question! ماشينت رو روشن كن ماشينت is the direct object But for برو اتاقت اتاقت is not the direct object and it is the indirect object Always remember را needs to go with the direct object, if it is specific. Please let me know if you have any questions!
I’m sorry for that. For now I’m moving forward. I want to at least cover the major points in grammar before I go back and see what’s still missing to cover including the alphabet.
ua-cam.com/video/ZrqRR_xBuW0/v-deo.htmlsi=5CusH7jltkbV2SCb, in this video the actor mustafa zamani said 'حالش را ندارم واقعاخستہ ام' ، so my question is that the word 'حالش' is wrong ? Because it should be 'حالم'
That’s a good point. The sentence is is saying: حالشو ندارم - حالش را ندارم The verb is: حال چيزى را داشتن To be in the mood for something (literally: have the mood) حال+ش The ش here stands for ‘it’ in English More literally he is saying ‘ I don’t have the mood for it’ which idiomatically it means ‘I’m not in the mood for it’ I hope that makes sense! Please let me know if you have any questions!

Oh really! That’s so nice of her!! Thank you so much for letting me know, otherwise I would have not know about this.

ماشینت را روشن کن
را gets the marker
?does not برو اتاقت But
Formatting words in both Farsi and English in one comment is hard! I hope you understood the question.
