There is no way Sri Lankan Army can sail across the Indian ocean and then up the Irrawady river to get to Bagan. Nothing in Burmese history mentioned invasion by Sri Lankans?

The Cambodians of course would vehemently denied and took a claim that the Wat was theirs. This is good movie.

This movie have al the ingridients to make a good film: believe, wisdom, love , friendschip, treason, bravery, fighting you name it ! Much of lessons to learn in this movie. I believe this is actually set during/just after the 1767 war, when Siam had no capital and was split between 5 generals/warlords. Very interesting period; the current dynasty traces their origins to the chaos during this time.
