Someone in the house puts it there. First buy apple vinegar or apple cider vinegar idk. Read ayat al kursi and blow in it and 7 times fatiha and each fatiha blow in it and 3x ihklas each time blow in it 3x falaq each time blow in it 3x nas each time blow in it. U can pour the vinegar in a different bowl or anything else you would like. Put the sihr in it, if it has needles or ropes try to take it off and put it inside, if it has knots, loosen and get rid of the knots and put it in, if its just paper its okay put it inside. Leave it for ten hours or a whole day. Take it out and burn it while reciting ayat al kursi. Also if you get afraid at night spray of this same vinegar little bit on your pillow, I know it stinks but you wont get afraid that same night in sha Allah. Not forever though! Repeat when needed
