I've become so into your content lately! I worked as a freelance social media manager and writer as my full-time gig for a few years and the way you're approaching things is really impressive; you're pushing yourself while also having realistic expectations. I also just wanted to say that men being dismissive of your feelings or things that are connected to your period is perhaps normalized but really isn't and shouldn't be normal. My husband actually tracks my period and is constantly telling me where I am in my cycle, based on how I'm eating/sleeping/emoting, etc. If he doesn't understand or validate, that is his problem and not yours.
Thank you soooo much!! He was trying to make me laugh because that usually works, he wasn’t dismissing me I was generalizing about men! Don’t worry he’s very aware of my cycle trust 😂❤
@@sarahmccabe4371 oh for sure!! i have old videos from when i first tried it for 30 days if you want to check that out in meantime. definitely will write that down!
In alignment has to be consistency which is also my goal/focus for the week. With the high holidays soon approaching, and a change in work around the same time I need to be consistent again with my routine. Out of alignment, stop getting worked up over things that are out of my control. Easier said than done but no harm in trying 😆I also love the run content thrown in!
When consistency is flowing, life is gooood!!! I had a huge issue with harping on things out of my control until I realized that I CAN control my reactions. It oddly made me feel more in control of releasing control… if that makes sense lol
7 weeks left!!! He didn’t actually dismiss it at all I was just generalizing about men but regret putting that clip in now bc it was misunderstood! He was trying to make me laugh :)
Can totally relate to being easily irritable that week before my period 😑 Here from Alexis Eldredge vlog 🤗 I really want to start seriously strength training 😅
I really enjoy your content, but if you are looking for opinions I’m more interested in other elements. Injured runner, so I flip over these parts because they make me sort of sad.
Aw I’m so sorry! I chapter mark everything so feel free to skip💛 I definitely am going to keep talking about it because it’s taken over my life BUT will continue to include other aspects of life too and it’ll be over in just under 2 months :)
Loving all your content right now! 🔥
@@taliatrease4029 omg stoppp THANK YOU 💛💛💛💛

Like you can’t control anyone else’s stuff but you can control how you handle and react to it, and there’s so much power in that
@@JenLauren yessss I need to remind myself of this! I used to be really good about it but as soon as you let this slip, it's so hard to remember ❤
