Love him in his visual kei days too! He looks more mature now, but he was gorgeous in VK too. ;) Something that, unfortunately, most americans won't understand.

today is my 30th birthday... and the first thing i do is watching this video at volume (my neighbors will hate me) drinking coffee with a shot rum, and smoking one of my last cigarettes (i stop smoking till new year) and the next thing i will do, is turning my amp up to volume and play guitar (not quite as good as miyavi) i already love my 30th birthday

This is a way different Miyavi than the one I know. I had NO IDEA he can play the guitar so fucking well. I mean god damn!! I'm really no longer a fan of J-Pop/Visual kei or whatever the fuck you want to call it any longer, but I could really really get into this. And is this live in front of an audience or "live" as in live stream?? If this is in front of an audience then they really need to show some fucking love! Worst crowd at a show ever.
there is Les Claypool and Primus...... but i don't think i know of anyone that can or does play like this other than Miyavi and Les......... I would like to see Miyavi play "are you ready to rock" with a band on a stage
