New idea to me, so grateful for sharing the knowledge.
Awesome thanks!
Thanks bro! I needed this! You have been the only person to make a video on this subject and give me a working solution. You have done a video on flat pannels, and when I asked, you created a video on curved panels! Thank you so much, you have just earned a well earned sub!
Thank you.
@@chrismartinartistjust found this video and the previous one again. I can’t thank you enough I spent over a week at the time searching for how to do this. You saved my project (that I still gave up on anyways lol 🤣)
@@PhoenixVids123 Glad it helped, giving up on projects is part of being an artist lol.
I am so happy that i found this tutorial i spend hours of hours to find this!
Glad to help
Great tutorial!
Thank you, appreciate it!
Awesome, really cool process
Thanks, appreciate it!
imagine trying to subd this stuff :) it's a great technique once you know which pitfalls to avoid
use vertex groups on the Solidify modifier to cut the polycount down
I think to conbine it with geometry nodes to project curves and use them to knife project on mesh, sverchok has node for this as well.
Love it, great idea.
Ouch, very very usefull 👍 thanks for this great tutorial 👏
Thank you.
thank you, it's really helpful to me, but how can I adjust the thickness of the engraved line?
On the original panel line video someone commented that you can do it by going to the solidify modifier and toggling on Flip, unfortunately I don't have chance to test this myself at the moment, but might be worth a try.
