I use an Android cell phone and my car only has CarPlay from the factory. I bought Carlinkit 5.0 and I can't connect it for use. After trying to connect the device to my cell phone's Bluetooth, it keeps disconnecting quickly. It doesn't work at all. Is there any alternative?

Hi, this device is CarlinKit 5.0, it doesn't support watching video on car screen. But we have other product CarlinKit carplay ai box, it comes with built-in UA-cam and other video apps.

@@CarlinKitOfficial the label on your box says otherwise... it's Android 11.0+ only for the Carlink 5.0 2air that I have.

This is anything but seamless. Having to switch off bluetooth means my watch will disconnect.
