The book " Propaganda " is a must read. Barney's wrote this book. He talks very candidly about how things really function. He talks about the "unseen rulers" that constitute the REAL government. He also says that the the President of the United States is picked by a dozen men sitting in a hotel room! Please read this book and it will open your eyes to how we are constantly manipulated!

"PC gone mad" was a saying I would hear sometimes over 20 years ago when I was a child. Those times were positively tame by today's standards. But I guess that's how it happens, little by little, a small piece of change here, there, and before you know it we're living in something akin to 1984

1984 - Written by George Orwell. A democratic *socialist* who once wrote - "every line of serious work [which 1984 is] that I have written since 1936 has been written, directly or indirectly, against totalitarianism and for democratic *socialism* , as I understand it"
Orwell was very confused. 1984 was published in 1949.

Edward Bernays was born to a Jewish family, the son of Ely Bernays and Anna Freud Bernays. His great grandfather was Isaac Bernays, chief rabbi of Hamburg. Bernays was a "double nephew" of Viennese psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud-by virtue of his mother, Freud's sister, and of his father's sister, Martha Bernays Freud, who married Sigmund.

It was always my understanding that Mao first came up with the idea of modern "political correctness". During the Vietnam era, the segment of the anti-war left that idealized Mao and his "little red book" (Thoughts of Mao Tse-Tung) noticed the idea. But at the time it was about shaping a particular, extreme form of far-left political ideology rather than enforcing language codes.

The only significant difference is that leftist and liberal PC also embraces and silences any criticism of an extreme totalitarian ideology like islam. I can't imagine the level of cognitive dissonance required by leftists and liberals to embrace islam. At least right wing PC was consistent.

I wouldn't say that PC comes from Marx, as its roots are much older. Its roots are with heterodox/unorthodox religion, especially the Gnostics, and what we would call the hard left. It can be traced from Marx to Hegel, then to Robespierre and Babeuf, then on through several others to Socinianism and the radical Hussites in Bohemia, then through the dark ages back to Rome, Athens, and Alexandria, and even to the Lavant with the Gnostics. This group has always been the scofflaws, degenerates, perverts, and criminal element of society that wished to remove all law and force a man to live as he did in Eden, or their Utopia and Arcadia. The Greeks called it the "golden age." In fact, it's an ancient heretical cult. Today, they are called Edenists, and they make up the far left and the progressives.
This is within all three monotheisms, and some are considered orthodox. In fact, in the Roman Catholic Church, one can go back to Pope Leo XIII and find his encyclicals that promote Communism. Two others also did, one during WWII, and the last was from Poland, the home of Socinianism. It looks that Pope Francis is no better than the other three mentioned.
One can find the same ideology within the theology of Luria, Zevi, Frank, and the Zionists. They can also find it within the Sufi and Druze.
Think of the ancient rites, such as the Greek Rite of Passage, Saturnalia, and the Eleusinian Mysteries which are an ancient agrarian cult of perversion. Did you ever wonder what is driving the LGBTQ community today? Did you wonder why they're trying to normalize pederasty?
