The plot thickens! Love this 'mystery' plot lol Wish Lari had been in all the scenes with Elias, but it was still very nice. I enjoyed Tale speaking English, too. Thank you, MissF !
Actually Ismo has nothing to do with it. Ismo did talk with Helena on the phone but didn't realize they try to call for help from Siberia. Helena's phone ran out of battery before Ismo realized Helena was desperately trying to call help.
Thanks, somehow I missed that extra. Elias' (Petteri's) English sounded perfect in that video. Whenever there are English subtitles, i forget I'm reading and it's as if everyone is simply speaking English. Because the English subtitles were there in the Elias Extra for both dialog in English and in Finnish, I found it hard to notice which language the characters were speaking. I had to watch a second time. Elias, Tale, and Matleena each spoke in English once. Elias' English was the best, imo.
Elias and Lari have been in every scene together since Lari moved in with Elias. The show can't just write endless scenes of Elias and Lari making out in Elias' bedroom. Other things have to happen to that include other characters. We should be happy that Lari and Elias are together and supporting each other during this whole storyline and Lari isn't left out of everything. I think it's great that the show is incorporating everybody in this storyline and we get to see all the kids together.
I know what you mean. I studied three years of Spanish and one year of German in high school, and took one class of Russian in college. I was able to get by with my Spanish when I took a trip through Spain, and my German helped somewhat when I was stationed in Germany with the Air Force.
I'ts hard to feel romantic when your entire family is MISSING. Would you really expect Elias to be thinking about romance right at this moment? His father and grandmother are missing. GIve the kid a break.
I am really getting intrigued about everyone disappearing. Usually just follow things that pertain to Laris and Elias but I'm curious. Where is everybody?
I hope people aren't getting offended by what I said. I didn't mean anything bad by it. I am just going by what he said in an interview. He said he doesn't know English very well. Since the language he would have had to speak would be English, I was just guessing they had that tossed in as a joke for those of us who were aware of the interview.
Oh so fab hearing Tale speak English. I wish he had got Elias to phone though, I would love to hear Elias chatter away in my language :) I have no idea what is going on with this mystery, but I wish Lari would 'comfort' Elias a bit more!!
I can't speak for others, but I didn't find anything offensive in your comment. I doubt that the script ever intentionally relates to any of the actors' interviews. Of course, the actors may talk about he script. In particular, I wouldn't expect a joke on the show based on what an actor said elsewhere as himself. I think the writers have simply decided to portray Elias as an academically serious student.
Your point is well taken, but there was a reason for my choice of the word "probably." They *probably* would speak only English. I never said anything about "everybody in California."
Elias is quite worried about his dad. I'm sure Lari would do a good job of giving Elias a false sense of security, if the show wanted to hint at that. Sex can be quite calming. But I doubt the writers are even thinking in those terms.
hehe, was that a little joke about Elias being the one better with foreign languages? I could have sworn Petteri Paavola said he couldn't speak English very well at all.
People in Belgium actually need to know more than one language to get by on a daily basis. If they lived in California, they'd probably speak only English. We all learn and maintain what we actually need and use. I like languages, but my Spanish and German are rusty, and my French is pathetic.
You're quite persistent in misunderstanding my point. Again, I never said anything about "everybody in California" nor about the distribution of native languages here in CA. I said Belgian citizens would probably speak English in the U.S. Because: Of the languages they would probably be fluent in, English would be more useful than Dutch, French, German, West Flemish, or East Flemish. Spanish & Asian languages would be helpful in CA, but not so many Belgians are fluent in those languages.
wow I got a fright when he spoke English I zoned in spoke really well. Can't wait for Lari's story to continue and Elia's dad to stop playing hide and seek it's childish LOL
Thanks for all your hard work and thanks to the company for letting you do this!
Tale getting more handsome...:)
The plot thickens! Love this 'mystery' plot lol Wish Lari had been in all the scenes with Elias, but it was still very nice. I enjoyed Tale speaking English, too. Thank you, MissF !
I loved Tale speaking English he did very well :) thank missfin xx
So funny when Tale speak english! Thanks Missfin!
Thank you MissF
Woah!! I'm loving the direction this is going in:) the writers are genius:)
There'll be actual Larias later this week, this Sebastian related stuff needed to be included as part of the story too since it's important to Elias.
Actually Ismo has nothing to do with it. Ismo did talk with Helena on the phone but didn't realize they try to call for help from Siberia. Helena's phone ran out of battery before Ismo realized Helena was desperately trying to call help.
Hey are u going to put more I'm really into it :)
they Tale of Elias scenes are just the best. Yes we Finns know how to speak English. : D
Tale speaks English so well :D
Am I going nuts.. or Is Tale increasingly getting more handsome ? ._______-
thanks ... it's looking so interesting part after part i love it

thanks again
Tale English is superb!
Yes and Petteri did already speak English in "Elias Extra: Little Elias cure for those who miss him" :)
Indeed, just as people who grow up in California can speak Nevadan and Oregonian.
thanks for doing this miss F!!! :-)
I know what you mean. I studied three years of Spanish and one year of German in high school, and took one class of Russian in college. I was able to get by with my Spanish when I took a trip through Spain, and my German helped somewhat when I was stationed in Germany with the Air Force.
it's the Bermuda triangle this building, everybody disappear.
Thanks for th update.

tnk you 4 uplauding! xo
I am really getting intrigued about everyone disappearing. Usually just follow things that pertain to Laris and Elias but I'm curious. Where is everybody?
i'm waiting this part, but i got no Lari and Elias' moments here. Except the couch XD
I hope people aren't getting offended by what I said. I didn't mean anything bad by it. I am just going by what he said in an interview. He said he doesn't know English very well. I like Tale's eyes. His English was quite nice. XD
Oh so fab hearing Tale speak English. I wish he had got Elias to phone though, I would love to hear Elias chatter away in my language :)
I have no idea what is going on with this mystery, but I wish Lari would 'comfort' Elias a bit more!!
I feel like an actual hotel clerk probably would have made Tale spell their last name before confirming that there's no reservation
Pläähh... Milloin tulee jotain Lariakseen liittyvää?!? Osaatko sanoo päivää?
Kiitti tästä! Koska jatkoa? :))
Wow. Rarely any Larias :'(
I can't speak for others, but I didn't find anything offensive in your comment.

Will the police ever believe them?
Tale's English is great.
You are correct,& have a good Memory,have a nice day :))
They must have some great long distance plans :)
Does everyone go missing in that apartment?
Your point is well taken, but there was a reason for my choice of the word "probably."
They *probably* would speak only English.

This scene lacks the stud muffin that is Lari.

thanks alot i like this movie?:)

I'm actually surprised he spoke good english lol. It's Tale after all.
Speak for yourself. I'm a native English speaker and I think Finnish is a beautiful language.
Even if Petteri Paavola doesn't speak English well, I'm sure as an actor he could manage to sound good for a couple of sentences.
SEBU TAI ISBE
You're quite persistent in misunderstanding my point.

Ismo has to do somethin with this..... he lied about talking to helena on the phone and saying they are on hawaii..... HM....
well, he grew up in Belgium (Elias), so he must be able to speak Flemish and French, and practically everybody in Belgium speaks English, too.
wow I got a fright when he spoke English I zoned in spoke really well. Can't wait for Lari's story to continue and Elia's dad to stop playing hide and seek it's childish LOL
It's called an accent. Nothing "wrong" about it.
When Tale speaks English it's cute and love the accent as well thinks its sexy
Sam Winchester Really!! same here
Milloin tulee lisää elias storya?!
I wonder who will disappear next?!?!?
Tale speaks English very well!!
Oh right, but i really want there to be more kisses & stuff :'(
amooo
Oh there is nothing wrong with Tale,l think it is time you had your eyes checked out :)) And yes he is smart & speaks english well for a Finlander.
wheres the romance i was expecting from this soap?? :(
Why so many questions about language....what about the plot? xD
Yeah, but we who are born in English-speaking countries like it!
Um... We try to be kind here. I do not appreciate being told what I think, dear. Peace be with you.
:)
Pretty much. ;)

They sound SO weird when they speak English, it just wrong ;) x
