❤i really needed to hear this today. All last night i had people coming to mind who had hurt me and i was really struggling with it. I didnt realize i hadnt forgiven them. Like you, i thought i had but the hurt was still there. ❤ the Lord really is so good to us. ❤
I learned how to really understand what He said we don’t even know what’s in our own hearts but He does and He will show us and heal us if we ask and allow Him. And to be honest and face those things to confess and repent! It’s hard to look at ourselves and see that, but it’s good and so healing! And to know it’s a process. I’m blessed to know it encouraged you! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you sister, for sharing your personal story. I too, am asking the Lord to reveal anything in my heart that displeases him. I recognize my need to break the bondage of unforgivness, anger and bitterness I have toward my brother. I keep saying I need him to acknowledge the hurt he has inflicted, but he won't take personal responsibility. I pray the Lord delivers me Thank you. I see that I need to fast to break this burden. Your prayers would be appreciated.

I had a difficult situation with someone. And prayed for them. But as I was asking God to help me forgive that person, God worked on my heart helping me not only to forgive but changing me and my heart towards that person. He changes us to be able to love that person, how we talk to them, how we act towards them, how we react towards them, how we feel about them. How to love them. A lot of times we ask God to help change a person or ask God to show them how they are, but God wants to work on you, the one who is praying for someone, if you allow him to help you, he will by changing us first. Ask him to help you forgive and to love your brother. It’s difficult at first but very rewarding. I hope you understand what I’m saying. If not, please ask me to explain better!
