Hey just a tip I received is to keep the heat press away from the printer, the heat generating from the machine can dry out your inks and it’s not good for its ventilation. Great video and awesome breakdown.

What type of compensation did they give you after paying $1900 for three day service only for it to wind up taking 3 weeks?
That is an EXCESSIVE amount of time to wait after having spent a lot extra for premium service. The amount of jobs lost in that amount of time could easily go far over that $1900.

Hi! I like that it keeps the pretreat contained in the box lol but I feel like my pretreat is not always even on the entire shirt!

How are you able to print with the lid open? My printer won't allow that
Once u do the selection for print on black shirt, the printer makes the white ink base automatic right? Also the image you created has to be in CMYK mode (in photoshop) or doesn’t matter? And the printer converted the file (png) from whatever mode you created it on (RGB) to CMYK? I’m wondering cuz I created a design and sent to a print shop to have a DTG printer and the colors didn’t come vibrants as I designed it but they came washed out so I’m trying to figure it out what happened

Angela, what is that tool you use when you are loading the shirt into the machine? I need to call Melco about this machine. I got an embroidery machine already. I had a dtg and it was cartridge based...is this one cartridge? Also that pretreat, how mu h do you put down, as i noticed you dont have the box. We kept getting that, so if this system works better, we would be willing to get this system. Please advise. Thanks

I’m in the process of purchasing this exact machine. I previously purchased the Ricoh 1000 & they are absolutely garbage 🗑️. All the way from their machine to their customer support. If you don’t mind me asking what caused the clogging? & Do you recommend this machine?
It got clogged because we kept it off for 5 months after we moved so totally our fault! It's a great machine! Keep up with the maintenance !

I have heard stories about TikTok delaying pay. Have you had any experiences with that
You are 2 weeks in the hole as if you had a normal job but as time goes on you can get paid as quickly as 3 days after the item was delivered

I use creative fabrica and there is no altering needed. Love it ❤
I think it’s only recommended so that way you stand out from everyone else’s and for safety reasons (in case it’s a design that has been stolen)
