Sir we had case with h/o strangulation under alcohol inroxication , his brother evacuated patient with minute
Patient with stangulation mark over neck very light , no respiratory distress , patient was agiated , irritable irrelevent ....... .sat 96 % RR 26 , no tachypnea , normal bp
