BEEM Showcase (January 23, 2025)

I had the opportunity to play last night as part of the first Brooklyn Experimental Electronic Music showcase of 2025. Thanks to BEEM for offering me the opportunity and to Wonderville NYC for the hosting!
I kept my setup fairly simple this time - I had my M8 M:2 running most of it with the JX-08 for some bass parts and the arp on Cling. I ran it through my Livetrak L6 for levels and EQ and then back into the M8 for FX, which then was also fed back into the L6. I also used my M8 M:1 for two songs that were completely on the M8, and I played them in live mode while walking around and modulating with the touch screen. While the M8 is obviously the core of my setup, the Livetrak L6 deserves a particular shoutout for helping me kill a particularly meddlesome goose (I'll probably explain in a future video).
