Gurgaon the supply is very less. And with M3M now people will be careful in further investing in their under construction projects for next 3-4 years till they deliver the existing projects where booking are already is made. So for sure we won't see good supply in Gurgaon market in future. This will lead to price go up only further. Gurgaon price won't come down.
