the conductor hand cannon (and the normal one) is the best thing you can carry for a sniper, it reloads quickly,deals 100 bodyshot and 175 headshot, has a big mag and doesnt look like a giant flashlight like those the planes and helicopters have when you aim, it also can be modded instead of most snipers.
