It's more of dancing than nunchaku defense skills. The same twirling and spinning of the nunchaku is used throughout the video. The kicks are dance kicks. It is more performance art than martial arts. All that can be said about the video is that he is a good dancer. Is more like Fred Astaire with his cane dance. The video takes away from the nunchuck and focuses on the dance and music. It is a good music video, that's it.

Impressive but honestly, it's hard to tell what is actually nunchuck moves and what is just a bunch of arm swinging and connstant body movement. Nevertheless, there is a lot of talent on display. Thanks for sharing!

Good for speed work kung fu and coordination while the heavy hood one works on ligaments and tendons strenght...But trust me even a foam one can hurt like a wish...
