You can't say that for sure. If it didn't go through the shields of the Kamar-taj warriors, why would it go through theirs ? Only a very powerful blast like Voldemort did could do so.

Scarlet Witch could have easily seize/sealed them from casting spells,she could have also repel their hexes and warp their reality if she chooses. Remember,they speak before casting spells with their wands while Chaos magic is part of Scarlet Witch, it's way more versatile and unpredictable in nature. Apart from all these, you did a great job. Well- done.
