Thanks for the info and general information you give on the area, I have a couple of questions that might help anyone considering moving there maybe you can help us with, as always if a agent is needed you'd be the one we all need to contact, thank you, here are our questions What is it like in the winter, with schools and jobs, do they close or order as usual with storms? What is it like driving in winter? Are there any issues with racism, that is a serious concern for many, does the community feel welcoming for everyone, specially thank you for this answer Are jobs availability good? Better in the city or the same all around the smaller communities? If starting businesses, food or service is that big and what sectors are needed in the area, also what foods are most popular or would be needed if moving there in case opening a restaurant? Does the community participate in community events? Are there many of them? Do you need a 4 wheel drive vehicle year round? Does the local government support the many demographics or does the community feel they prefer a particular one? What is the most popular activities in the area?
