Bridging is very useful for back strengthening and try to make him kneel down and pick up thing ( up and down movements of trunk in kneeling position ) hope this works.
Firstly thanks for your intention to educate parents about this problem.
And even me have 2 girl children 1st girl is 4 yrs old and the 2nd is 1 1/2 year,
My 2nd daughter is a spastic child still now she can't get control on her neck & even she is so weak & very thin just like skeleton.
Day by day I'm increasing her healthy food ,but she is so weak and thin day by day.
Before she was very active & playful but now a days always crying
Even I consulted doctor they have given some medication I do follow that.
My problem is her weakness &
I don't know how to treat that

Try to consult a pediatric neurologist and a pediatric physiotherapist . He is 5 year old so he is globally delayed . You shud take a lot of care .
maam my son is spastic he is 3 year 6 month old after 2 year exercise this week he start walking independently but left foot still toe walking is there am only doing his exercise from last 2 months he is taking 4 to 5 steps plz ma'am help me how I can improve his left foot and walking waiting for ur reply😊😊
Hi! Just some advice, you can massage the soles of his feet back and forth. Have a great day!
Make him sit in squatting position and apply slight forward pressure on legs , make him walk /stand on a inclined ramp .

Mam my kid is 6 month old . Wo neck hold nahi kar pa Raha hai. Baclof medicine chalu hai. Physiotherapist ne kaha spasticity hai. Neck hold karne me kitna time lag sakta hai. And wo normal ho payega k nahi meri chinta hai. Uska abhi MRI baki hai.
