Get you some liquid flex seal go up on the roof and mop or brush on above the sky light towards the ridge. Could be leaking at the ridge. You can use cheaper material like fiber impregnated black roof mop own material. I had a similar leak around a chimney and used 2 gallons of flex seal about 2 years ago. Started at the chimney and worked out and around and up
Thanks for the suggestion. I actually did buy a can of the spray flex seal. Sprayed all of the bolt heads abs all the way around the sky light. Still leaking.
