Upon turn-over what fees are expected? Is it the same with timeshares where you pay yearly dues / will you also pay monthly asoc dues?
How will revenues from condotel be taxed? Is it withheld? Do owners need to file tax returns?

Hi yes Tuba is part of BLISTT. Upon turn over turn over fees shall apply. This are the room revenue distribution: 5% deducted for Condo Corp for Association Dues and Expenses. 30% unit owners. 65% Hotel Operator for maintenance and upkeep of the project.
