Ah Fatt, Ah Leng & family really love the Japan trip. When I spotted such a good fare on SQ and told them, they immediately said yes to book! Trans Siberia is interesting… I did think about it in the past… some day!

Wow! This is a very difficult question to answer. Osaka is also known as the kitchen of Japan and you can literally find everything Japanese food in Osaka! Takoyaki, Kobe beef, okonomiyaki, etc.. everything you can find there. However, I love the ichiran ramen at Dotonbori a lot! You can fully customize everything, from noodle hardness to soup to toppings for your bowl of ramen. I did not eat it in this trip but I had it in my previous trip there years ago. I plan to travel the world after retirement and vlog about the trips and experiences and in the process help others to DIY their trips too. Maybe also be digital nomads like the western people… Hanoi for a month, Bali for a month, Chiangmai for… I think this is more interesting.

We made Nagoya our base and took day trips from Nagoya station. With Shinkansen 🚄, we can go very far each day without needing to move our “nest”.
