Excellent review of the tones. Would you mind describing the grounding problem you had, and what you had to do to fix it? I have this exact model on the way and I want to know what to look for. Thanks!
Yeah it wasn't that difficult really. Just a ground wire had detached from the tone pot. It only needed a quick solder to lock it back in place and solve the hum issue. No problem.
No idea if you still have that thing, but a commenter under another video suggested to change the pickup height and to possibly even remove the (likely cheaped out) covers to help with their muddy sound. No idea how much that entails but I'm curious if that'd make a difference.
Couldn't tell you compared to other headless guitars. It's light than a standard guitar. You can always check the shipping weight on Amazon and compare it to others.
been holding off on pulling the trigger on one of these for a while. thanks for the review!
I have one. Its great. Dropped a set of 81 85's and its a beast.
Just got one. I’m a beginner and I’ve only played it an hour but it seems to be as eart claims.
I bought a black one with a Boss GT-1 processor.
Looks like a futuristic Les paul 😍

@@woodsnstrings thanks. That doesn’t sound too bad.

I don't really find them muddy. They do have Alnico II magnets which gives them a little lower output. Could probably stand a wax potting too.
Just got one in black. I can't put it down.
Nice review, very informative. Can you adjust action on that kind of bridge?
Yes you can adjust the action and the intonation on each saddle individually.
Thank you, that helps. @@woodsnstrings
Awesome
Guiter was my dream but I didn't continue😂
I am about to buy this for 200$ used, is it worth it? It is my first time to own a headless guitar.
That's an incredible price. If they kept it in good shape you're getting a deal.
Natural finish kinda remind me of a tortilla
If you change the crap stock pickups, it can be a decent guitar.
Does it weighs light or heavy for a headless guitar?
