My African Dream | Kevin Emery hunting with John X Safaris

Having hunted several countries and a number of continents, Africa was always on the radar and a lifelong goal for Kevin Emery.
He, like all of us dream of pursuing certain species and for Kev that was a Cape Buffalo and Sable. Joining his good friends the Dueck's and Kennedy's on his first African safari, together with his wife Laura, he teamed up with PH Stix.
Taking in the scenery laced with daily experiences and soaking up every bit of the East Cape safari life proved to be the perfect setting as they hunted mountain scapes, vast plains and the breath-taking savannah.
There was plains game... there was dangerous game... but few could compare to close encounters with Cape Buffalo.
Kev - Thank you for having us along. You are an inspiration of life and an example of living to the fullest through thick and thin.

John X has amazing hunts, incredible trophies and quality guides, but this guy is my favorite for sure. He just has a way with the clients, laides, men, grandma's (that will shoot your eye out), older and younge folks. He just seems to gel really well with the clients, all of them. High quality all the way around.
