It would be more respectful if you referred to this seasoned aged woman by Pastor Shirley Caesar or her first and last name. Your report sounds very disrespectful by calling her just by her first name. Also you need to check your pronunciation on a lot of her contributions.

It would have been so much more respectful had the narrator pronounced this beautiful woman's name correctly, because obviously she has no idea who Shirley Caesar is. I also noticed that some other words were mispronounced, such as "day-boot" instead of "debut". Perhaps it would be best if the narrator either practiced reading the copy before an older, more knowledgeable individual and asked about the pronunciation of names and words of which she has no familiarity.
