I wish I could find figures in the wild. Most of the time I find figures for $12-15 dollars more at my local store, it’s always the anticipated figures. I had to pay $40 for arc trooper Jessy. I really don’t like when stores could charge a few dollars more to make profit but charge a 50% up change on the MSRP. It’s crazy.
That's giving me FYE vibes! FYE charges like $45 for a standard Black Series figure. I don't know how they're still in the collectible game. -Justin
@@OutOfTheBasement yeah I rarely get figures at retail prices. Unless on Amazon, with prime save on shipping. My local big box retailers mostly never have any.
Also is it wrong if your wife works at the big box retailer and before she leaves for work or on lunch break goes and picks up the figure you have been wanting? Is that bad or perks of the job?
@KollekterKahn I mean it's not bad if she buys it, if she stealing it it's wrong, sorry if I misread ur comment. It would also be kinda wrong if you abused it and emptied the lot and not give anyone else the chance to buy

Hello Justin another great toy hunt, even Walmart delivered surprise surprise.
I wish I had a place nearby that offered all of those great collectables at reasonable prices. But to many big box stores and can only get older figures from local comic stores and they charge a bit more. But hey they got to make a living too.
I'm glad you put these "hunting" videos together for us. I can't get out much with my medical issues so it's good to see you guys having fun doing it, and I can remember the anticipation of potentially finding something unexpected. Of course most times it was disappointing but once in a while surprise and great joy.

Hutt Slayer for $40. Shoretroopers for $15. Nice deals. You guys almost have me convinced to pick up Pre Visla. Ole Tiny Feets has some pluses. I like the pack, helmet and head quite a bit. Good stuff! Hopefully there was good grub had on your journeys. Good food on birthdays is a must for me.

I did a hunt the other day, one pick up was a clone commando, in the plastic free packaging, opened it at home, looked fine at the store, not tampered with, it was a 1st order jet trooper, not even with the right accessories...I was bummed out

@@OutOfTheBasement it came in a nice presentation box with Han in carbonite. I remember they made out it would be 1 per person and super hard to get, but I got two pretty easily. I think they repeated the same exclusive at SDCC that year.
@@sittingnow Yep I am familiar with the SDCC exclusive Boba Fett. So over here in the States that was not the first Black Series release I'd say.
