Vegetable Oil - 180 ml
Plain Yogurt - 160 g
Sugar - 90 g
Brown Sugar - 150 g
Egg - 2
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Orange Zest - 1 whole
All Purpose Flour - 380 g
Baking Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - 1 tsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Cinnamon Powder - 3 tsp
Ginger Powder- 1/2 tsp
Toasted Walnuts ( 140 g )
Soft Butter - 140 g
Icing Sugar - 150 g
Cream Cheese - 340 g
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 tbsp
Toasted Walnuts ( 50 g )

Hi, you can skip ginger powder. This recipe is not suitable to make in cupcakes. And this recipe is not too sweet. This cake is very soft and moist. 😊 Thanks
