I love thrift shopping !! It is a bummer since Covid they usually don’t allow trying things on. When things don’t fit the way I want I usually just list them on Poshmark for more than I spent thrifting them, but less then they would be brand new . So it ends up still working out lol. Maybe that’s something you can do too

In high school I volunteered at Goodwill (actually it was community service 🤫) in a very privileged town far away from where I lived because I was embarrassed. I was blown away to see what people donated! Now everyone kind of knows about goodwill hauls and reselling so prices have gone up. But it’s definitely worth hitting up any type of thrift store. I can imagine how much you could get for kids who grow out of things with the quickness.
My daughter in law goes at least once a week on here lunch break. She works close to a Goodwill. Is gets really good stuff cheap. She bought a pair of black Ugg’s like brand new for 5 dollars. They were a little big for her, but she wears them anyway.
Where we live in WV you can try stuff on they have fitting rooms ! 🙀I love to thrift shop in San Diego California when I lived out there they had a whole kids thrift store !

When it comes to designer items at goodwill be sure you know how to verify whether a product is counterfeit. Counterfeit items will make it into stores and the employees will do their best to know whether it’s genuine or not but they are often incorrect and we know from experience. What what? You have to go to a Father Joes thrust store. Everything costs so much less than goodwill. I got a real leather purse for $10.00 and a silk scarf for $4. We got luggage and enough clothing for a weekend away for $150 for two people and this included 4 pairs of shoes, jackets, a choice of outfits for each day. It was nuts. I was too lazy to do laundry before a weekend trip so we went shopping lol. The only thing more than $12 was a genuine leather jacket. I will never go to the mall again unless I can’t find what I need at the thrift store. We also got pajamas 😂
I love thrift stores shopping. I won't do goodwill but I go to the ones that give to causes. I haven't really bought clothes (I probably should,) I buy scrapbook and craft stuff from thrift shops. I get really good deals and help a cause.

There is a Goodwill not far from where I live and sometimes you can find Brad new clothes and there is another in the next town and I found a dress for my sister wedding 2 years ago and we have a store called Stuff etc and you can have account to get extra money. I'm not sure if they one in Arizona or not. I even found a nice bag at Goodwill for $5-6 and it was from target like a $40 bag. Sometimes they have color tags are half off ,but you can't return them

Here in Australia we call those sites op shops. I love op shopping. With kids growing so quickly it makes it so much more affordable to get their clothes there. 90% of my clothes are thrift finds 🤷🏼♀️. I shop for the higher end brands @ least for my area. We can still try on clothes in local goodwill, but I don’t. Do you have a Plato’s closet in your area ⁉️ They have more clothes for your age. I go look at the purses 😮. They only accept better brands here. The clientele is college age mostly and I’m way too old LOL. Try searching for children’s consignment stores in your area too! You can sell what she’s outgrown and use the money for clothes that fit. ❤ I love thrifting, hope to see more on your channel!!
I used to work for goodwill in Texas and and you wouldn't believe that antique furniture and some of the expensive clothes that people bring in there that they're just tired of that still has tags on it. Just depends on the day. I enjoy your video.😊

Melinda I want to share with you that my daughter was experiencing blues and sometimes it was hard to understand why all of a sudden it would pop up . Keep in mind she was really an easy well behaved girl . I mention it to my pediatrician and she told me to give her magnesium at night and Vitamin D. I can say I didn’t think she needed it. But then I noticed that she struggled at school. So I ran to the health food store. All I can say is there wasn’t those kind of blue days and her grades went up across the board. They say girls are emotional but in our case it really helped. Just sharing food for thought.
