I have a hitchhiker's thumb, on my left hand and it has amazing flexibility but my right hand is a different matter. My right hand is slightly deformed and I am missing padding on that hand under the thumb, which means I can not bend it forward more than a few degrees. I have never bothered to get it checked out or fixed. I am right-handed and my writing is really messy but I have lived with it all my life and it has never really bothered me. Except for the messy handwriting.
Speaking honestly I was not a owner of movable ears from birth but recently I suspect my father moving his ears andi was amazed . So I asked him how he made did that and told me to just focus on your ears and they will move . I tried and now I can move my ears and both eyebrows individually. But it does take much practice and time to make them move

That"thumb bending" thing is actually most likely a result of hypermobility in joints since this phenomenon causes the joints to move and bend much more than normal joints
I can move my ears and eye brows and I have a version of Darwin's tuberculcle. Because of the Darwin's tuberculcle I've been able to track groups, who stir up trouble and point out where they are, without seeing them and the rough amount of people in the group even if they scadder.

I've got/can do most of these, but something that wasn't mention is flexing your nostrils or moving your nose slightly up and down,,,, which I can do ez but most I've met can only either do one or none

I can move my ears, eyebrows, I have a flexible tongue, I can move my pinky toe, as far as long Palmar, I have it on one side but not the other. I have hitchhikers thumb and ya. I have a dimple, but it's not enormous, and I can make another dimple if I move my mouth a certain way. Is that weird?

I can move my tongue and one eyebrow at a time I have a dimple and I have a gap am and I apparently have a missing tendon and I can wiggle my small toe Am i unique yet 😆
