Mr. Hammond! So glad to see you on the platform. My dad put me on to your music back in the 90s starting with Commisioned. That was a good foundation for me as a teenager. I haven't always listened to gospel music through the years but its something that I always come back to. I'm a "Detroit native" too by way of Pontiac. Been living in Texas for the last 15 years and had lots of ups and downs being away from my family but one of the things that always bring me back to good memories and settles my spirit is your music. Brother Fred! I came up here to release a heavy heart. You have been a mentor, a vital part of my walk with the Lord ever since I can remember. I gave my life to the Lord when I was 11, and I am now 46, God willing I'll be 47 this year for I have been sick for some time now. There are very few veterans left in this walk that can lead and guide the generations after you all. I am not a political person, nor have I ever been, until I realized that our country was in a fight for it's life. When I saw you on the list of 2021 Inaugural Gospel Celebration, I was flabbergasted. I don't care who a person chooses to vote for, what matters to me, is that a member of the BODY of CHRIST has a duty to vote based on Biblical standards. This has truly confused me, hurt me, disappointed me, and I feel betrayed knowing that there are a lot of artists that we are following, that have ties with these pagan cults and rituals such as Masonry, Sororities, and pledges to other gods. I can't understand how you serve two masters???? This is truly hurting the Bride. We all want to use certain scriptures to justify singing and making records with the secular sect and doing things that DO NOT glorify God. There is standard. There is accountability. God does require one to be Holy, as He is holy. I prayerfully ask you to repent, and reconsider so that you will not be one of the ones that the Lord says to depart from me because I never knew you. Your fruit matters. Your decisions matter. It does affect others who are new born babes in Christ, as well as those like me who have looked up to you all. AGAIN, this is not about Trump or Biden, this is about standing for what's right according to how we are to live and be the light of the world. Abortions and all this LGBTQ is not what the Lord stands for. I will pray for you, because I love you. There will NEVER be another like you. I employ you to talk to the Father, and get the plan again, repent, and turn. Because I CANNOT and WILL not subscribe, follow, like, support or love what is not of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Take care my friend. :(

I don't care who a person chooses to vote for, what matters to me, is that a member of the BODY of CHRIST has a duty to vote based on Biblical standards. This has truly confused me, hurt me, disappointed me, and I feel betrayed knowing that there are a lot of artists that we are following, that have ties with these pagan cults and rituals such as Masonry, Sororities, and pledges to other gods. I can't understand how you serve two masters???? This is truly hurting the Bride. We all want to use certain scriptures to justify singing and making records with the secular sect and doing things that DO NOT glorify God. There is standard. There is accountability. God does require one to be Holy, as He is holy. I prayerfully ask you to repent, and reconsider so that you will not be one of the ones that the Lord says to depart from me because I never knew you. Your fruit matters. Your decisions matter. It does affect others who are new born babes in Christ, as well as those like me who have looked up to you all. AGAIN, this is not about Trump or Biden, this is about standing for what's right according to how we are to live and be the light of the world. Abortions and all this LGBTQ is not what the Lord stands for. I will pray for you, because I love you. There will NEVER be another like you. I employ you to talk to the Father, and get the plan again, repent, and turn. Because I CANNOT and WILL not subscribe, follow, like, support or love what is not of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Take care my friend. :(
