Hey! So this evening I took your recommendation of layering Nest vanilla with Born and Roma! Listen! I am in love! Definitely changed the game!!! I walked by my daughter and about a minute later she said, “Mommy! girlllll you smell good!” Then she proceeds to ask me what do I have on as if she needs it in her life. Mind you she is 7! Lol. Also, I actually mixed the nest vanilla oil into my eucerin lotion and that really is my favorite way to use my perfume oils. Thanks for the video!

Chance eau tendre is the only Chanel I have loved. It is the one that feels the most me, and I guess would be signature for that! You might like Delina rosée too.
I never was into fragrances. My nose is too sensitive but recently I have been looking into certain ones. I do like sweet scents like vanilla but I also like it to be delicate. I also didn’t know they expire. Great video!
@Ashley, keep in a cool dry place(no bathroom), out of sunlight. Never ever in the car. Many folks in their boxes (I don’t). I have a friend who keeps her babies in boxes in a drawer. She pulls and keeps out her weekly rotation. I keep mine out but where I get dressed which is usually dark when I’m not in there.
I love Perfect. My complaint was the same one that everyone had. The wear time was so short. Well, they have the intense version now, it's even better and heavier on the amber. I'm in love. ❤️ Great video.

Side note: some of those older fragrances still got it. I recently bought first Chopard fragrance called Cašmir. This one debuted in '92. It's a lovely amber, vanilla fragrance I absolutely love. The bottle is also classic and makes me feel real grown (mind you I'll 36 this year 🤭)
This was really great! I’m just starting to branch off into other scents. I had the same experience with Chanel. It will always be in my collection. Gentle Fluidity took my breath away when I smelled it and It’s a must have. I really enjoyed this because we have similar taste. I loved all that you mentioned ♥️

Those Nest oils are amazing! I use the rose oil and then spray the Chanel Chance Eau Tendre…it’s so good! I use the Nest Jasmine oil and then spray Mojave Ghost.
Yes! I love how the rose oil by Nest isn’t too overly floral. I don’t think my Sephora had the Jasmine oil because I don’t remember smelling it. Lol. But thanks for this combo, sis! Byredo is def calling my name😩

Update: So I bought Valentino “Donna born in Roma.” I didn’t like it initially when I first sprayed it, but a couple of hrs after I couldn’t stop smelling my wrist. Lol! I absolutely love it. I was disappointed with Margiela’s “By the Fireplace,” it didn’t even last 15min on my skin. Maybe I became nose blind to it, but I thought it didn’t project at all. So I’m taking it back and trying the Madagascar oil instead. I like the idea of your combo suggestion. I can see myself wearing the just the oil during the day and pairing it w/ Valentino for nights. The Nest Oils are so versatile. They’re great alone or layered with a perfume. Lately, I’ve been alternating between Madagascar Vanilla and Balinese Coconut. 🖤

If you’re referring to Chanel Chanel Eau Tendre, I would layer that with the matching body cream for longevity or with an inspired fragrance oil. I personally love the way it smells as is and don’t like to alter it. If you’re referring to the original Chanel Chance, I’m not sure.
I’m currently loving Marc Jacob’s Daisy, Light Blue Intense, and Miss Dior. You mentioned Miss Dior and Light Blue but have you tried the intense to light blue? I think you’ll love that and Daisy since you seem to be into those type of scents. Have you tried BR540?
I LOVE the original Marc Jacob’s Daisy. I wore that so much when it came out. Haven’t owned the intense version of Light Blue but I love the smell and I keep hearing great things. Can I ask, is it ok if you use a scented shea butter to layer? I usually use shea butter on my body. It is a whipped shea with a scent. Should I avoid that? Or can I use it?
Yes, mine is scented, too. You can def use that! Just be mindful of how the scents mix together. If the shea butter is heavily scented, it may alter the fragrance you spray on top, but I haven’t had that happen to me yet. The fragrance in the shea usually fades fast and all I smell is the perfume.

Those Nest oils are amazing! I use the rose oil and then spray the Chanel Chance Eau Tendre…it’s so good! I use the Nest Jasmine oil and then spray Mojave Ghost.
Yes! I love how the rose oil by Nest isn’t too overly floral. I don’t think my Sephora had the Jasmine oil because I don’t remember smelling it. Lol. But thanks for this combo, sis! Byredo is def calling my name😩

Omg! I feel the same way!! I smelled the original BR540 and couldn’t understand the hype. I never understood why Gentle Fluidity wasn’t getting that attention and I’m glad it didn’t. 😂 but the elite noses have definitely found her!

So I bought Valentino “Donna born in Roma.” I didn’t like it initially when I first sprayed it, but a couple of hrs after I couldn’t stop smelling my wrist. Lol! I absolutely love it.
I was disappointed with Margiela’s “By the Fireplace,” it didn’t even last 15min on my skin. Maybe I became nose blind to it, but I thought it didn’t project at all. So I’m taking it back and trying the Madagascar oil instead. I like the idea of your combo suggestion.
I can see myself wearing the just the oil during the day and pairing it w/ Valentino for nights. Thanks for your suggestion, you have me smelling divine.

I love your taste in fragrances and enjoy most of what you shared, especially the Valentino and the Burberry. You did kinda lose me when you went to Chanel. Could just be my body chemistry, but that is some stinky stuff. It barely even washes off lol. I love your layering ideas and will definitely given them a try.

If you’re referring to Chanel Chanel Eau Tendre, I would layer that with the matching body cream for longevity or with an inspired fragrance oil. I personally love the way it smells as is and don’t like to alter it.

I’m currently loving Marc Jacob’s Daisy, Light Blue Intense, and Miss Dior. You mentioned Miss Dior and Light Blue but have you tried the intense to light blue? I think you’ll love that and Daisy since you seem to be into those type of scents. Have you tried BR540?
I LOVE the original Marc Jacob’s Daisy. I wore that so much when it came out. Haven’t owned the intense version of Light Blue but I love the smell and I keep hearing great things. I wanna try Light Blue Forever next. I smelled Baccarat, but it doesn’t smell good on me. Smells way more mature that it should. Lol Thanks for the suggestions, gorgeous!

It’s so creamy and yummy. It actually made me fall in love with vanilla scents in general. Have you tried the new Nest Golden Nectar? It’s got notes of golden orchid, amber, and musk. It’s so delicate and non-offensive and the amber really shines. I think you’d love it too since you’re such an amber lover.

Can I ask, is it ok if you use a scented shea butter to layer? I usually use shea butter on my body. It is a whipped shea with a scent. Should I avoid that? Or can I use it?
Yes, mine is scented, too. You can def use that! Just be mindful of how the scents mix together. If the shea butter is heavily scented, it may alter the fragrance you spray on top, but I haven’t had that happen to me yet. The fragrance in the shea usually fades fast and all I smell is the perfume.
