Hi, sir I have been trying to get Basis job since long time, but I am having non it background experience and want to get in SAP with 3. 6 yrs of experience. As whenever HR is calling once my resume is shortlisted they are kind of asking non it background to IT why did you switch and then they are not scheduling interviews. Can you please provide me some guidelines regarding my situation.

Man, I don't understand why DevOps don't need programming knowledge. we should have to write groovy code to create Jenkins pipeline and we need python for various kinds of automation. and finally we should have super knowledge on both ShellSripting and Powershell. I think DevOps guys do various activities which includes more coding than a regular developer.
Yes, DevOps required Scripting skills but programming skills it depends the role and project you are handling . But if DevOps engineer have programming knowledge he will have good career growth with decent package.
