    Very nice recipe sir, Im from odisha and I like chhhena poda a lot.. but one thing I must say that in traditional cheena poda we don’t add that rabdi and kesar..
    this one some how tastes more like milk cake or kalakand rather than chhena poda

    Apne to chhena poda ka kuchh aur hi bana dia hai. Authentic tarike se banate to achha lagta. Rabdi aur gud isme nahin jate. Kesar to bilkul nahin. Humare ODISHA ka ye authentic RECIPE hai. Iska colour thoda black and white hota hai. But jo vi apne banaya oh bahat achha hai

    Bhupi boss i have no idea from where you got this idea for chena poda....its not the correct recipe. Im a big fan of yours. Request you to take some authentic feedback for making local dishes. No offence intended Sir

    Hi sir, thanks for your effort to make chenna poda in such a different way. But, why we need to change the authentic process when u have not even tried to make it traditionally . I mean, chena poda with a base of chena and kesar rabdi(strange) .. Innovative but unnecessarily being smart to kill the authentic process and flavour.
    I might get multi comments against me. But, killing such an authentic iconic dish in the name of innovation is disrespectful from my point of view.
    I have been ur subscriber since 2+ years now, but have seen this as the 2nd odia dish in ur play list after pakhala(when u linked it with our president mam).
    Request you to please be respectful to any regional dish before being innovative.

    Kesar mat milaye.colour change ho jata.rabdi b nehi.poda means burn .ye niche aur charo taraf burn burn ,deep brown colour,andar,upar ka part white rahega.white and burning colour hi iska attraction.burning part hi asli test,poda. Aap aapne hisab se change kar dete to uska thik swad nehi aata.please try to understand.Udisa is wrong Odisha is right spelling and pronautation.

      @@Honestkitchen-Bhupi I am from Odisha. I can say 100% this is not chena poda recepie. I have ate that 100 times. Every other shop selling that near my home. Saffron never ever used in chenapoda. Chenna used get baked on charcoal fire with saal leafs. And chenapoda is very delicate. Yours is too hard and yellow in colour
