2:18:48 Ari to help you understand Tu Lox's point, it is about respect. Women generally don't respect men that allow things of that nature to happen to them(yes even if the women themselves are the perpetrator). This also extends to other things as well, for example: The way people talk to him, his decision making etc. Basically, in any situation where the man just 'allows' things to happen to him and he puts up with it, even though is it to his detriment, is where she starts to lose respect for him.
Men must take action, especially when the woman perceives he can do something about it, it erodes her respect for him slowly until she no longer cares and does as she pleases. As you know a relationship where the woman doesn't respect her man is doomed to heartache and failure.
Think of a spoiled child, their behaviour is much more difficult to correct after the fact. It is best that issues such as infidelity, are addressed swiftly, and the course of action has to be to terminate the relationship. The comedian Bill Burr has a bit on this you can look up if you like.

I study human behavior and I can say that the men are correct. On average men tend to be more understanding than women and ACTUALLY stay true to that understanding. The only reason it may seem that women are more understanding or that it's the same is that women are more likely to vocalize circumstances where they were understanding and their partner wasn't, whole most men will probably speak about 2 out of the 5 instances where they were more understanding about a situation than their partner.
