Important to note, he recovers from cc during his own turn as long as the field is up, and he seems to have 2 different kinds of layers, one goes on the enemy side and one in his. The 9 cap layers create a much bigger explosion on skill 3.

Susabi's guardian is the Moon God Tsukuyomi, who acts as his master and father figure.
Susanoo is Tsukuyomi's younger brother and Susabi's uncle-master and comrade

nerfed yet still the most broken shiki in pvp currently... :')
his skills changed a lot from beta to release. the cap was originally higher because it did less damage and only triggered with normal attacks, not just any skill that doesn't consume orbs like it does now. the next iteration did all non-orb skills, including onmyoji skills and out of turn abilities like miketsu's (due to a bug allegedly). it made him absurdly broken and nigh uncounterable, forcing them to change him once again. so he went from bad to extremely op to still extremely op.

he might be fun to use, but he looks kind of dull. especially compared to the last couple of Shikis, his design is really underwhelming. But, I already have SP Momiji, who is fun to use and stunningly beautiful, so I am satisfied
