As of 2023 and on, only 2620s will be available new. They're taking the place of the 2610. As far as I'm aware, that is. The 2620s are the same, with the exception of the 3rd function joystick (not the valves or hoses, though) and new hood design. Other than that, everything else is pretty much the same.

Thanks, it wasn't too bad actually. Started too early in the season, but it all worked out.

Excellent video…thanks! I have a ck2610 and was wondering how the tractor handles the backhoe? About how much are they also? Thanks again very well done!

Sorry, just noticed this comment. It handles it pretty well. I don't even run the RPMs very high, around 1200-1400. It has enough power to lift yourself and reposition the back of the tractor. Push yourself backwards or pull yourself forwards. The backhoe was around $9k add-on and it included the rear remotes, in my deal anyway. 16" bucket came with it.

What rpm do you bring the engine up to when using the backhoe? The first time I used my backhoe, I had it at idle and couldn't get it to work that well, haha. My dad showed me what I was doing wrong and turned the rpm's up. I feel like he had it running a little higher than I would have liked. But that's my mindset being a new tractor owner😅 great video man!

      Hey there! Appreciate the comment.
I typically run around 1200 rpm, if digging in soft material. To speed up a little I'll bump it to 1500. If I'm around a lot of roots or dense material I'll go up to 1800 rpm. I like to conserve fuel, so the lower I can operate it, the better. Slow is smooth, and smooth is fast. Sometimes you just need a little more hydraulic flow, though.
