Automatic tube filling and sealing machine is used for filling plastic and laminated tubes, the machines is rotary machine made of 12 station in which from loading of tubes to filling sealing and coding is done automatically.
This machine is suitable for filling all types of products from low to high viscous products like gel, cream, facewash, lotion, ointment etc. This machine can even fill products having particles.
Machine operation is very easy to use, tubes are feeding automatically and even automatic orientation is done with using imark sensor. the the product can be filled in the tubes as per the filling volume required and then sealing of tubes are done hot air based and them coding/ embossing is done on the tubes.

hmm i have a question sir, we have problem after the tube infeed then going to print mark, after print mark, many times the tube become loose and then it will become reject, so is it wrong with the sensor eye mark, or my pressure and length for tube infeed is not enough? because the reject is 25%. And i want to know too for the temperature and pressure for the sealing because many time we got wrinkles in the sealing part, Pls give me advice.

is the machine purchased from TRU MARK??
