Interior of the house esp. staircase is indeed Nordic :) (hence the guy from Sweden liked it). I've seen this about 8 months ago, looks like it's not selling fast obviously due to being huge. The only thing I didn't like is car porch built like a 1 Kanal house.
This staircase has been used in so many houses by this architect. This house was not for sale when this was shot as this house was made for the client and was never up for sale

Looks nice and expensive but feels more like a commercial gallery or a fancy hotel rather than a cozy home. All the bedrooms are huge with extra sitting areas but the bathrooms come with a single vanity and a commode right in your face.These Pakistani so called architects just somehow don't get the concept of putting the commode in a separate enclosure! Also no walk in closets . Seriously! Also lot of bling and over done and over stuffed in certain areas. There is a thing called under statement.
I agree , totally , I don’t know why they love putting the wardrobes in the bathroom?? Even from cleaning perspective, it is a hassle to put away your stuff before the maid arrives. There should be a separate closet room. And, I have noticed the kitchen being neglected the most with no breakfast Island.

The house is very beautiful but there is a lot of dirt around it, is this the atmosphere of DHA
