Overall condition of the 1975 Topps Brett rookie seems phenomenal - that centering just killed it. 3 millimeter better cut/print precision would've got you that 7.5 the Ryan got. Oof~! From personal experience, and with what I've seen recently, wild grade discrepancies of the 1971 & 1975 Topps cards almost seem to be an SGC specialty. 1971 Topps cards being so prone to damage, and seeing you have the whole set, maybe think of slabbing up the other (HOFers/minor stars/potential HOF'er) rookies in the set: #16, 117, 193, 276, & 709. Baker and Simmons will always have some value. Damn fine results except for that Brett gutpunch. Thanks for sharing.
@@jimfree0 thanks. I am going to send out another 15 or so cards from that same 1971 topps set. Yea the 75 Brett was a good card to get back for sure. I’m going to send more of the 1975 topps set out to grade too. Both sets came from the same older gentleman that was the original owner. Thanks for the comment
@@DubsCards Not many dream of having Grich or Singleton or Foster or Baker RC's in their PC, but that's damn near 1200 homeruns and 200 WAR right there in 4 cards~!
@@jimfree0 yea! I’ll pull their cards out of that set and make a video of the pre SGC card order this weekend. Then we can look at the condition of those. Wow. I didn’t realize those four guys had a combined 1200 homeruns
@@jimfree0 yea. That was a Bunmer. Both good cards. I got those from my local card shop last year. I think I bought both cards for like $18. Seemed like a deal at the time
Thanks for the video. My fav was the 1972 Topps lot.
Thanks! They are nice cards for sure

@@DubsCards math off - I included Baker too...
@ that’s cool. I send out TTMs for autographs. Baker has sent a few back signed. I really enjoyed getting his cards back signed
Might've flipped you a free grade point (or 2) on the 66 Rose to make up for the 68 gutpunch - lol.
