I am afraid your mother will no longer be able to sponsor you as you are above 21 years old. You may however seek for employment in Singapore and obtain a work pass on your own merits. Alternatively, you may consider setting up a company and be employed by your own company!

Thanks for leaving a comment! If your Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) application is rejected, you can appeal within three months of the rejection date. But do note that you should only appeal if you have new information that addresses the reasons for rejection!

Hi Mdm, my wife is a Burmese and she got her IPA approval for her LTVP.. Now we just need to complete the formalities before she can get her pass. However, there's one issue we are facing now and that is 1 of the formalities is that ICA required us to complete the Marriage Support program by MSF. I've checked through MSF website and there are a total of 11 courses and mostly are chargeable. Course duration also about 2 to 3 months. So is it compulsory for us to go through all this?

Wife is a Singapore PR and working in Singapore. When LTVP is applied for the husband, should he be in Singapore to apply ?

You can renew through ICA’s website. As for an employment pass, you need to get a job offer first and run a SAT to see if you are eligible for the pass. You may visit MOM website to know the salary range based on your age. We can also assist you with the SAT and the application once you have a job offer.
