That is an excellent idea, but I am a medical interpreter so this type of scenarios are easier for me to do. I don’t remember the last time I had to take a customer service session so those would take more research from my part or finding a CSI to help me. I definitely do not feel comfortable doing legal scenarios since I have never had that sort of training. I am on the lookout for a CSI that can help me in that regard. Thanks for your input. Juan do you take computer notes for long segments? Or notes in a piece a paper?
