I think it's meant for clearing pavements not to mow a grass. Flying steel wires are dangerous. The grass will get contaminated by sharp steel wires. It's dangerous to feed any animal with such a mess ! My advice: Get a 2-teeth steel blade and attach it with nylon trimmer head together. Nylon cord will cut less dense grass and the blade will manage thick stems.
