You don't have to of course! If reactions aren't your thing or you already have an idea planned then that's totally fine, i just really enjoy your content and think your really talented with the character designs and everything!! :D Plus- if you end up wanting to do something along that line but it may be too hard for you to do all of them, you could always just have them react to other Terror Kids that you didn't add! Just throwing it out there, but if you want a more unique house for the kids to be in, You can use Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion. Being the house of all horror tropes that can change its layout, you could easily remake it to suit their needs. The house has a Fast Food restaurant, a Pizzaria for animatronics, a couple of labs, a dungeon, a school, a forest, a winter forest (it's different), an abandoned factory, a hospital, an Arcade room, and a "Dollhouse Manor". You could probably use the dolllhouse for housing, or make a unique space, just know that its owner, Spooky, is attached to the house and cannot leave it.
I also suggest adding in some JRPG puzzles classic characters to the team, like Aya Drevis from Mad father (she could live in the dollhouse of Spooky's manor since it's literally inspired by her game), Ellen from The Witch's house, and maybe Ib. The manor has a room that's used to summon horror creatures right next to the Hellgate, and if you make the specimen unable to hard these kids, you could have some of them live there Permanently. I know Fran Bow and Little Misfortune would feel right at home sharing a room with specimen 7
