    आनलाईन खरीदारी का मेरा अनुभव कभी भी संतोषजनक नहीं रहा।

    I bought Amul Ice Cream 1 litre pack from Blinkit on 25th Aug 24. It was also delivered in a paper bag and fully melted

    AMUL Can develop its own E Commerce platform. It is a large enterprises, it already has a robust distribution network.Platforms like Zepto , Blinkit , Swiggy, Zomato are cons.

    These e- commerce companies, no need to name them, are all upstarts not start-ups. We need to give up laziness by not being indirect customers but get up and move to take care of the health and wellness of our families. It is a very timely video/warning and kudos to Sh. Vijay Sardana for the valuable service.

    Every Mall and online e-commerce website is selling near expiry undercutting goods for Profit 😊, I only buy from brick-and-mortar stores in my neighbourhood Only, Strictly no food items from e-commerce sites and malls 😊

    Beautiful point raised by you Sir, I must say that customers have become too lazy because of this eCommerce companies to go to the shop to buy perishable food items. They still blame the brands for the bad quality food delivered. You said it right that there are no guidelines issued to this eCommerce companies about how to store food items

    मेरे साथ ये समस्या कई बार जोमेटो और बिग बास्केट के साथ हुई है। इडली बैटर पत्थर जैसा फ्रोजन और चिकन कबाब रूम टेंपरेचर पर। जोमाटो से पिघली हुई आइसक्रीम और खट्टा खाना। अब अगर मुझे बाहर से कुछ लेना होता है तो मैं पास के सुपरमार्केट, किराना दुकान और पास के होटल या रेस्टोरेंट से ले लेती हूं।

    E commerce and whole sale supply chain co's buy (lift -bulk) dairy and frozen items on high margins esp the products which requires push, past 3 months from manufacturing unsold - moving towards expiry stage with remaining last 1-2 months to expire. See you cited Kheer Cup which is just about to expire.

    One of the biggest problem with entrepreneurship is the Babu Raj and hafta vasooli from any hawker in the name of law or some other instance.
    About melted ice cream sir I've always received melted ice cream from swiggy instamart as well. They carry some pouches of some frozen liquid with them for saying they are preserving the cold chain. But it doesn't work. They carry both hot food and cold food in the same backpack. It's not just intentional mismanagement
    It's more like they don't give a hoot as long as they make profit.
    Our analysis and interpretation all goes into a toss once we realise that whole corporate system is based on only one objective
    That is profit making
    I think these concepts are themselves collapsing on the true reality of the market. Trust is equally important, Infact even more. But they aren't paying any heed to that.
    That being said there concepts arose in the last 400 years of loot of India and making of the western world. These concepts inevitably will collapse once west is not able to sustain itself.
    Shree sva is eternal. Hopefully people will understood that

    I regularly order "Amul Ghee" from Flipkart...and they deliver it very properly.
    And as far as Icecream and Dahi R concerned I phisical buy them from Reliance Retail or Amul's own Wearhouse in my city

    About one month back I bought 400 g curd, which was half curd and half semi curd. I have also worked in Dairy quality control for about 40 years and never found such complaint earlier.

    Amul is suppling their dairy products through 3rd party manufacturing units. I know these franchisees that manufactured dairy product for amul.

    Not everything a conspiracy. It can be a bad supply chain on such delivery platforms. Which is bad by the way but not conspiracy. To check you can simply place a single order for ice cream of multiple brand and check.

    This applies to medicines also which r supposed to b kept at d specified temperature and this can not b assured as to whether the cold chain is maintained or not.

    Why single out Zepto? The same thing could have happened in case of street side retailers selling ice cream,other frozen foods. When we buy ice cream and bring it to home it starts melting. We have to keep it in freezer before using. It is better to avoid ordering perishable items / frozen foods through delivery companies.

    * किस भी शहर, कस्बे में कोई भी अमूल जैसे डेयरी उत्पाद का वितरक /डिस्ट्रिब्यूटर होता है
    * जब वो डेयरी उत्पाद का वितरण करने के लिए निकलता तो वो क्या उस उत्पाद को कोल्ड कंटेनर उसी दिन तापमान पर ले जाकर वितरित /विपरण करता है??????

    Sir. i am in chennai and have one complaint on e-commerce. zepto, blinkit, bigbasket, flipkart grocery, jiomart. they give discount to lure customer and innocent customers when order it, they deliver very old stock, which are closer to expiry date. rather simply saying removing dead stock in name of discount and it is ready-to-eat food items also in this category. i also experienced same problem. cooking butter, icecream, fresh milk i get in room temp and sometimes even warm. in melted condition. they are not ready to take return.

    मैं ट्रोनिका सिटी यूपी में पैकेट वाला अमूल दूध लाता था ऐक दिन दूध बुरी तरह फट गया और लम्बी रबर की तरह हो गया
    तब से मैंने दूध पीना बंद कर दिया और डायरी प्रोडक्ट का इस्तेमाल बंद कर दिया
    यहां फ्रेंचाइजी होगी कूरियन साहब के बाद कौन लोग अमूल चला रहे हैं मालूम नहीं

    Vijay ji. Aajkal delivery boys ghee makkhan badal dete hain. BB, Blinkit ya Zepto jaisi e-commerce company se humne Ghee order kiya. To inhi ke delivery boy asli ghee ke dabbe ke sthan pr nakli wala de rahe hai. Kuch mahine phele Mother Dairy ke ghee ka nakli carton mila hume. Aur pichale varsh Amul Ghee.

    Sadana Ji Zepto is run by headless chickens there store Mangers cannot differentiate btw Jeera and Ajzine there storeage facilities are worst i My self got refund for poor item Many time on a day i order ashirwad atta in Morning i got latest manufacturing product In evenening i got same product with just 4 days to expiry

    Sardana ji , your concern is well founded , but this is one aspect , the other most important factor is the MIddle Management's Shenanigans at the Branch / Depot level !!! Many instances have come where for their Slow moving products , Products with one /two days expiry left are billed to their Distributors !!! The poor Distributors are forced to accept these products & it is no rocket science that these are then sold to retailers otherwise they are refused supplies of Fast moving Products & then sold to unsuspecting consumers by the retailers !!!
    Agreed AMUL is a holy brand in our country , but if the Powers that be are also as serious as you Sir , there should be a thorough AUDIT of these activities & it be ensured that anything with less than 50% of the expiry time left should not be leaving their depots for the Market !!!

    Same thing happened to me I received amul butter from Blinkit which had fungus. As it was not maintained in cold chain.

    Zepto has poor customer care as resolution of defective item is cumbersome. I used to order COD so that payment could be made after confirmation. The COD facility was removed by zepto from my account after COD defective item was not paid and returned.
