It sickens me that UA-cam already splashes an abortion "how-to" on this video. In the name of Jesus, may these blind fools see the light.
Yes, I noticed the attached ad on abortion info. Pathetic!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
You can report the ad. I did. Reported as misinformation. Abortions end human life, not pregnancy. 21 people liked your comment so far but did anyone take 5 seconds to do that?
@@codyowen I've been doing this for a while, and will do it for this too. I don't know if corporate UA-cam cares all that much unfortunately.
@@mackenziedougherty2754 Yeah, I don't know if it matters but I will report too. I do know that if we do nothing then their side wins by default. We've got to keep trying in every way we can and pray and trust God with the results.
Can you imagine if we got to post misinformation on all the videos where they lie?
Thank you for equipping us with facts! Thanks for all you do!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Oh my goodness, this episode was so awesome!!! I have always taken a stand for the unborn, and have participated in prayer gatherings at abortion clinics, so this info is even more weaponry for the fight against the plans of the enemy! Thank you for having Seth on your podcast, John!! ❤️
Phenomenal episode!! 🔥🔥🔥 Thank you, Seth Gruber and John Cooper, for speaking truth and standing up for the lives of the unborn.
Thank you John and Seth! This was fire 🔥
Man! Seth knows his stuff!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥
Love having new Cooper Stuffs. Praying for the strength to continue
John, I don't know how you get all this stuff in. Keep up with speaking truth, bringing on people like this, and speaking into these very issues.
Welcome back, Mr. Cooper!! It's great to hear your thoughts again!
Thank you for sharing
Great episode, John. This gentleman was very knowledgeable. I appreciate you!
Love your content! Please keep being brave and courageous!
Two of my favorite podcast hosts in one, awesome episode!
Nice to hear someone who gets it 👊💥🔥🙏✝️
Oh my goodness, in my city on August 18!!!! Really hoping to come to that screening!!!!
I pray you make your way to IL 😢 we are in Fairview heights IL where we are praying at the gates for hearts, eyes, and minds are opened to the truth and the amazing blessing God is giving these father’s and mother’s to change their lives to walk in the ways of the Lord.
Wow! Never heard of this guy! Looove him!
GOD BLESS SETH GRUBER! Preach, Brother!
John 16:13
13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.
I love this discussion but another issue is a lot of the “pro life” higher ups appose the complete and immediate abolition of abortion. We should all consider ourselves abolitionists. Thanks for all you do, John!
I like this guy!
This man is brilliant. Definitely a gift from God…
Cool that he became friends with this guy all this time later. In another episode he said he didn’t know him.
And in the notes under this, it says abortion health information. Sick.
You can report the ad. Please do so.
Abortion ad below John’s video: you can report the ad. I did. Reported it as misinformation for “ending pregnancy” and neglecting to include that it does this by ending human life.
Stand up, rise up, and post something great today.
I recommend reading George Grant's stuff. What he wrote 36 years ago is still the base of most of what we know about Sanger. It definitely provides good background for future research.
When I started listening I thought to turn it off…..hard to listen to but so worth it!
Which legacy church in Albuquerque!?? I’m a catholic but I would love to John copper in person!! Especially at pro life event!
Bluffton college in Ohio is also a "Christian" college. Woke as woke can be. Even allowing trans shows on campus.
Yah, bro.
“The culture war is actually a proxy war for the spiritual battle we are really engaged in” BOOM!
Seth Gruber doesn’t pull punches. I know that God’s kindness leads us to repentance, but the church need to wake up from complacent disobedience before a lion mauls us. 1 kings 13:25-26
Ungodly compromises / syncretism led to Israel’s downfall and the bible teaches us to learn from them, but yet again… here we are
My church would not like this. Pastor won't engage in the culture much. A slovakian church. Many live of the blessings of liberty. Little knowledge of our past
Having a hard time understanding why Seth takes issue with pastors being all about baptisms. (comment was “buildings, budgets, and baptisms” Baptisms are a pretty important part of a pastors job, no? Are all pastors supposed to stop visiting the sick in hospitals and provide marital counseling because they could be using that time to fight abortion?? I am 100% pro life but I think you are a tad self-righteous Seth. Pastors who are faithfully serving the Lord in their churches cannot just drop all of their responsibilities to fight abortion and cannot rail against abortion in all of their sermons. It’s easy to take a general swipe against pastors but you are at risk for undermining the mundane, ordinary but nonetheless God ordained work of preaching the gospel, administering the sacraments, and tending to the needs of the flock.
Seth I have also heard you take it way too far in your critique if the late Tim Keller (not this episode). I too was extremely disappointed with this total lack of discernment regarding the 2020 election and his failure to take a stand for life. However, to impugn his motives and to tell Christians never to read any of his books (as you have done in other podcasts) is taking it a bit too far. You are a little unhinged and come across as self righteous and perhaps this is why some Christian colleges don’t invite you to speak.
Hey friend. Good questions. Re: baptism, study the Jewish mikvah. That’s what a baptism is. Sure, you had John the Baptist who sort made that action of baptizing others famous, but the simple truth is you don’t need a pastor in order to get baptized.
In fact, if you only get baptized once in your life, you’re doing it wrong. Baptism is something that should be done regularly, like bathing.
The most important role of the church is to tend to the health and growth of the body by drawing new people in. New people aren’t going to be drawn to the body by baptism, repaving the church parking lot, and upgrading the espresso machine for the coffee ministry.
Protecting life is probably the single most important role the church can serve in this world, especially because the practice of abortion is directly linked to modern, active, pagan worship.
Buildings, budgets, and baptisms can take a back seat to that as far as I’m concerned. Those are all unimportant parts of the club.
If pastors are not willing to take a stand against the slaughter of the most innocent and vulnerable of their congregants, what business do they have parading themselves through hospitals ministering to those on the other end of life?
Don't try to change the law of the state. Those are Satans realms to deal with. Just live by the law our Christ already gave us and go and make new followers.
Lame. Christian faith produced the entirety of western culture, particularly the Western European culture from which most of us are descended. Christianity is our ancestral tradition and it is our right and obligation to create the society we wish to live in, not sit passively by and just allow the enemy to run roughshod all over the world.
@@codyowen Christianity is our faith. Don't confuse the traditions of the kingdoms that Satan tempted Jesus with, for the Kingdom of God.
@@LukeSwasbrook I think Yeshua, that’s his real name, not the made up name Jesus, said “make disciples of all the nations.” How do you expect to do that without influencing the kingdoms? Politics is downstream of culture. It was precisely because western culture was predominantly Christian that, that our faith had such an impact on government. For a brief moment in history, we enjoyed exceptional freedom and opportunity. Now that society has elected to abandon virtue as a whole, so has politics.
@@codyowen i expect you to do it, by following the sermon on the mount. You can't do that and elevate the state at the same time. The kingdom of God grows via osmosis, not by the fiat decree of fallen men.
@@LukeSwasbrook #1: you do not have ownership over me so you have no right to expect anything from me.
#2 Who said anything about fiat? I think you’re confusing influencing government through Christian virtue with a theocracy, which is not what I or this post was about. It was about using using biblical morality, converting it to virtue, and taking a stand against evil and corruption in government. Unless you believe David was evil. In that case, there were no good kings in Israel. They were all evil. To be true, they all sinned. But some, like David, aspired to the virtue of holiness, despite his woeful shortcomings.
Have you forgotten Elijah and his murdered brethren? Or are your ear dead to the cries of their blood and in what endeavor it was shed?
I think you need to go back and do a proper word study on the spiritual gift of administration. One of the most poorly translated words in the new testament.
The word is actually “shophtim” which is the same word used for the title of the book of Judges. Except shophtim does not mean judge, it means ruler.
Let me be clear, the prophets served the kings, even as Nathan confronted David, he did so in service to the king (and also to God).
Some are called to be kings (ex: John Cooper has the gift of rulership. That is why he has this podcast, that is why he has been given influence) and some are called to be prophets. Others healers, and so on.
It seems that your point of view is that it is evil for believers to influence government. Now, it might not be for you to do that directly, but it is for people like John, Seth, myself, and others to rally biblical virtue and wield it against corrupt forces that would otherwise (and are in the process now) enslave us if left unopposed.
