So up to $50K in refunds was quoted and the fee is 30%? So you are taking $15,000 from folks who can use this money? With any luck the Bill that is being pushed passes to put an end to this gouging for a few hours work at tops. For transparency you should disclose your referral fee. If you actually cared you would mention the Registered Disability Savings Plan, but you done get paid in that so why would you care?

Took Me YEARS To get it for my children. I Literally made a presentation booklet & Explained it all to their doctors. The form needs a Ton of information.Your paying 50-150 for the form & some doctors ONLY write a few sentences. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I Gathered a ton of information I had Several Signed forms from Therapists/doctors.I included ALOT of information. I had everything wrote down to explain what I needed from the doctors to actually get approved. I DID end up getting Back Pay. 🙌🏻 (Definitely don’t think it was the correct Pay Out) I Am still trying to get Approved Myself.
Thanks for the information. I will for sure check out the link.

Very valuable insight as I have osteoarthritis and have had the difficulty walking due to a hip issue for the past three years. I did get a wheelchair signed by the Ontario government around three years ago, signed by my physiotherapist, but only got x-rays of my problems in March 2023, so I’m not sure how much I can claim and how much my doctor, if that’s who I need to go to will agree with you signing the form.

@@DrLeePercussion It took a number of months before I got the approval. The hard part was going back and re-doing tax returns from 2016-present (I was approved for 2016-2026 because of what my Physician filled in). It was well worth it because what I couldn't claim (tax credit for around $8,000+), my husband could claim. So much depends on your tax situation, but together we got back over $8,000 for the 5 years from 2016-2020, plus we got to carry forward a bunch of our charitable donations from those years. You could also be in a position where someone could claim the caregiver amount as well. Hope it goes well for you too!

But when I told the person doing my taxes that I qualify for this credit, it thus gives me a credit. I also pay pay taxes each month on my income , CPP, thus I get it all back at end of yr.

It's is disheartening when you are disabled, single, and on odsp, you qualify for no tax credits, yet most of that little amount I get monthly, goes into my disability. I would think someone in my situation would be requiring more support, but our government doesn't think we need anything. People getting the emergancy money recieve $2000 each, while those on disability still live well well under the poverty levels and loose money if we change our situation one inch, ans qualify for zero extra help or support. These lock downs ans restriction have cost me so much more money I didn't have to spend to begin with with delivery, so I pretty much stave at this point, alone in my apartment. I'm at my breaking point I can't survive like this much longer.....

At Grants International, we have a medical doctor on staff and we provide our clients with instructions they can take to their doctor so he/she knows how to complete the form. If you want our help, follow the link to our website Nick posted above.

Does it go from the date of your diagnosis Or do they regardless go back 10 years because of it from the diagnosis it probably will not be 10 years. Di I get the money I spent on migraines management?
I've had sever migraines for 23 years, I ve always worked, but it made the quality of my life a living nightmare. I'm a single mother and have to work, I have seen many professionals and tried different procedures to help with the frequency and severity of the attacks, but no use, now I'm reduced to working all day to get money so I can feed my family and buy medicines, I also get nerve blocks weekly, for over 10 years now. Migraines medications are very expensive, but I have no choice, I often go to work, pull over to deal with the nausea, then continue to my miserable existence and go to work, all also led to depression, anxiety, not socializing as well.
Thank you for helping us with our struggles and fight.

I don't think this would help me. I tried going through other companies similar to Grants Int'l and they were of no help. As my income was/is under $30,000 per year, I never had to pay income taxes, hence no refund, and therefore they would not take on my case even though I would've qualified for the $3500 grant and $1000 bond. :(
